Mi Bucket Hats
The Mi bucket hats was a project I started in the Summer of 2020. I've always had a passion in the artistry of print making and the goal of trying to integrate my heritage into more personal projects. So I illustrated a Chinese lion dog and carved it into a linoleum block creating prints on rice paper. However, during this time I was also sewing a lot of random things and started to get really into bucket hats. You can probably see what happened here, but I combined both of my interests and the Mi bucket hats were born. These bucket hats were sold out during Built's online store and the overall experience of creating a product has taught me so much more about the value of creativity and process.
