During the Summer of 2021, I supported the YWCA successful youth engagement by providing brand design solutions for the 'Imagine That' conference. The conference's primary focus is to support young minority people across Canada by creating a safe space for learning. The youthful and inspiring tone of the conference's mission inspired the simple visual branding for this project.
The sparkling star motif is used to represent the wonder and curiosity of young people when discovering themselves. The bright lively colours are to welcome those unsure about the world surrounding them as they face an important stage of their growth. Overall, the brand aims to project empowerment from this team of women working together to support a community of young minority individuals.
