

One of my favourite types of food is anything that comes in the form of noodles. On a hot day, the dish I seek to refresh me are Chinese Cold Noodles (liangfen). The Chinese Cold Noodles photographed here originated from the province Sichuan, which are known for their hot spice. Liang fen is translated to cold starch, because these noodles are not made out of wheat and therefore gluten friendly.
